Service Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Professional to provide high-quality support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle escalated calls from the L1 team with efficiency and resolve tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Resolve technical issues related to Mobility, Desktop/General systems, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI, and MS Office/O365

About This Role:

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the L1 team to troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Mobility, Desktop/General systems, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI, and MS Office/O365
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and provide international voice support
  • Meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Update worklogs and follow shift for escalation process and compliance
  • Manage multiple queues efficiently and work towards case closure

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Mobility, Desktop/General systems, and troubleshooting Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI-related issues
  • In-depth knowledge of MS office/O365
  • Experience in Telecom is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
