Job Opportunity:

  • Technical Support Specialist\
  • Provide expert assistance and troubleshooting for software issues and device connectivity problems.\
  • Help customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.\
  • Assist customers with the download, installation, and activation of Microsoft products and recommend suitable solutions.\
  • Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.\\/ul>\

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft product support and Windows support is essential.\
  • Able to work rotational shifts (night shifts).\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English).\\/ul>\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Accounts & Billing Support: Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.\
  • Technical Assistance: Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.\
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.\
  • Product Guidance: Help customers with the download, installation, and activation of products and suggest appropriate solutions.\
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.\\/ul>\

Prerequisites & Skills:

  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.\
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills for software and connectivity issues.\
  • Excellent communication skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\\/ul>\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is necessary.\
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.\
  • Certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.\\/ul>
