Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned EUC Windows L2 Engineer to join our team and provide top-notch support for Windows desktop environments.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced support for Windows desktop issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Windows 11.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configurations.
  • Understanding of remote support tools and ITIL framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
