CBO/CBB Relationship Banking Specialist

Key Responsibilities
The Service Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between the bank and its corporate clients. This involves acting as a liaison between the bank and the client, facilitating efficient credit delivery and providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing banking solutions and superior service to corporate borrowers.
- Accompanying Business Relationship Managers on pre-sanction visits and serving as an interface for liaising with corporate borrowers.
- Assigning title search reports, valuation reports, and ROC search reports for corporate borrowers.
- Obtaining reports and scrutinizing them, sharing relevant details with the credit team on a pre-designed format.
- Obtaining pre-requisites for documentation from the CDO team and facilitating the vetting of documents with the Law Department, ensuring the obtention of a credit opinion report from other lenders.
- Coordinating with other lenders and the CDO team for the issuance of Pari-Passu/NOCs and following up on the creation and perfection of security.
- Coordinating with the Borrower, Business, and Credit Delivery Officials to facilitate the execution of documents, comply with pre-disbursement covenants, facilitate disbursement, and obtain credit approvals for Trade Finance Transactions.
- Coordinating with the Borrower, Business, and Credit Monitoring Officials to facilitate the compliance of post-disbursement covenants, recover interest and installments, and ensure better monitoring of the Credit portfolio.
- Coordinating with the Borrower to execute activities such as conducting unit/collateral inspections at stipulated intervals and preparing reports, obtaining stock statements, FFRs, insurance policies, due diligence, and ABS from the customer and providing them to the CMO for analysis, monitoring, or placement of notes, and creating and perfecting securities.
- Ensuring that the TxB Fee Income Budget and SME Topline Budget are achieved.
- Ensuring adherence to SLA and maintaining TAT.
- Liaising with the Customer to increase utilization levels and, consequently, the Bank's portfolio base.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- A post-graduation degree from a recognized institute.
