Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Media Transformation Specialist to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our agency's digital media buying from manual insertion orders to data- and technology-driven buying, resulting in higher ROI for clients and increased revenue/margin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for programmatic media buying, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive programmatic media buying adoption across the business

• Analyze and optimize programmatic media buying campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and revenue growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media, preferably in a media agency or trading desk

• Proven experience in programmatic media buying, including campaign execution and optimization

• Strong understanding of data and technology platforms, including Google Marketing Platform and top AdTech & MarTech platforms

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
