Programmatic Media Expert

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Media Expert to join our team at Mindshare, a global agency with a presence in 116 offices across 86 countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital media and drive business growth for our clients.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for transforming our agency's digital media buying from manual insertion orders to data-driven and technology-enabled buying, resulting in higher ROI for clients and revenue/margin growth.
- This is a programmatic role that requires driving innovation and disruption in the industry, working across all publishers, vendors, and start-ups to create new opportunities.
- As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency and automation at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- In the first three months, you will need to bed down and understand our programmatic setup, build a roadmap for growing our programmatic buying business, and identify new business prospects.
- In six months, you will participate in business proposals, lead the programmatic element, and support group pitches.
- In twelve months, you will establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry, ensure at least one strategic win, and secure the programmatic buying business for a key client.
Your Day-to-Day:
- You will define and oversee our stakeholders, strategy, and solution in the programmatic space, collaborating closely with GroupM and mPlatform.
- You will review and benchmark current services, develop a phased plan for growth, and establish a clear escalation process.
- You will lead programmatic discussions, align internal understanding of benefits, and act as a key interface between teams and the GroupM mPlatform team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience.
