Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors and directors in a professional manner.
    • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Call Handling:
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Provide basic information about the company and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Visitor Management:
    • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
    • Inform relevant staff members about guest arrivals.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
    • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Support administrative teams with clerical tasks, data entry, and document filing.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Assist in organizing company events and meetings when required.
