Key Responsibilities:- Reception Management:

- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Call Handling:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic information about the company and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
- Visitor Management:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Inform relevant staff members about guest arrivals.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support administrative teams with clerical tasks, data entry, and document filing.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings when required.
