Job Summary:

We are seeking an Employee Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of HR/payroll procedures.

This role is responsible for addressing employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, benefits, and other internal processes.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for employees and log, track, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.

The key responsibilities include coordinating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, providing clear communication and guidance on company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the development of FAQs and knowledge base tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll practices preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (bilingualism preferred) and good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
