We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Intern to join our team. As a Key Accounts Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient online availability of our portfolio across various brands.
Responsibilities:
- Work on demand forecast, customer ordering, and fulfillment to ensure seamless execution.
- Configure offers and media assets for upload across the assortment.
- Maintain collection efficiency, customer claims, and other financial metrics for the account.
- Negotiate strategically and tactically with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive joint ambitions and sustainable customer growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in e-commerce setup is preferred.
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is an added advantage.
Duration: This internship will last for 6 months.
