
Beauty Brand Manager

We're seeking a visionary brand leader to drive sales, margin growth, product mix, and P&L performance for high-growth beauty brands. This role involves strategic planning, integrating business, HR, marketing & trading, while ensuring excellence in customer experience and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, profitability, and margin growth through strategic planning
- Define financial plans aligned with market trends & risk management
- Build strong product mix strategies and oversee distribution stock levels
- Monitor brand performance metrics & optimize based on data and trends
- Collaborate with Finance & Regional VPs on monthly brand reviews
- Lead forecasting for new launches, ensuring optimal inventory planning
- Conduct door-level P&L analysis & competitive benchmarking
- Maintain brand standards across touchpoints — people, materials, and stores
- Resolve channel-level challenges and identify market opportunities
- Lead, coach & build high-performing teams for long-term success
Qualifications:
- MBA / Degree in Beauty / NIFT or similar preferred
- 8+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail
Required Skills:
- Strategic thinkers with a strong commercial & analytical mindset
- Experience in beauty retail — color cosmetics, fragrance, skincare preferred
- Strong leadership & cross-functional collaboration skills
- Agile professionals who can adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Deep understanding of merchandising, trading & inventory dynamics
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing high-growth beauty brands
