We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in rural markets. As the National Sales Manager for Tractor Finance, you will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy for tractor loans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with OEMs, dealers, and agri-influencers
  • Leading and mentoring zonal, regional, and area sales managers
  • Driving disbursements through DSA, OEM, and dealer channels
  • Expanding geographic reach and onboarding new distribution partners

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in tractor finance or rural lending, including 3-5 years in a national-level sales leadership role. Strong network and relationship management skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead large teams and drive results.

Our team is looking for someone who has a deep understanding of rural/agri-finance market dynamics and can ensure portfolio quality with strong compliance and minimal NPAs.
