Job Description:

As a Senior Microfinance Business Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth in microfinance lending and group sales. You will lead and manage a network of branch managers to achieve business targets, oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance in microfinance offerings such as MFI loans and group insurance products
  • Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions for branch leadership teams
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Rural Management preferred
  • Experience: 4–9 years in the banking, NBFC, or microfinance sector with prior experience in branch handling/management and team leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain customer relationships
