Job Description

A seasoned professional is required to lead our microfinance audit efforts, ensuring that all processes are aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and be able to develop and execute internal audit plans effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of microfinance lending, credit underwriting, collections, and financial reporting processes. They will also assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending mitigation strategies as needed.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear project status updates and feedback.
