The company connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a branchless network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams to originate loans to property investors who buy, rehab, resell, and/or rent properties.

Through its proprietary technology-enabled Third-Party Originator and Direct-to-Borrower lending channels and strong brand recognition, the company has funded over $15bn in loans since its inception.

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
- Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
- Experience in developing HR policies and programs.
- Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Tamil.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
