
Human Resources Development Professional

This role is an opportunity to work as a generalist in the Human Resources department, handling various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and learning and development.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners to meet their talent requirements. This individual should be goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, as well as pulse checks and feedback for new joiners.
- Managing the internship process.
- Engagement: Conceptualizing, planning, and executing engagement programs based on the employee engagement calendar.
- L&D: Conducting HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualizing and planning soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area and plan and execute them.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Creating dashboards and HR analytics for tasks executed and sending reports to management.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively across the talent team, handling multiple clients with ease. Experience with innovative solutioning, agile approaches, and thinking on one's feet would be advantageous.
Hosting HR initiatives/programs and public speaking would be an asset. A strong academic record, along with an MBA (HR) degree from a reputable institution, would be preferred.
