Designation- HR Manager

Company - It is India's leading education financing platform, helping students secure loans for their overseas education journey.

About Role: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations , and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.

- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment.

- Address and resolve employee concerns , conflicts, and grievances.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop and implement performance management processes.

- Identify training and development needs for employees.

- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures .

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations .

- Provide guidance on HR-related matters.

- Manage office facilities , including space planning and maintenance .

- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in HR management.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM (With Alternate Saturdays & Fixed Sundays Off)

Academic Qualifications – MBA HR

Location – Saket, Delhi
