Job Overview

  • This is a leadership role within the Toys category where you will drive growth through strategic brand management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to scale the Toys business, focusing on key markets and product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new brands and products, ensuring seamless execution across e-commerce and offline channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle, from onboarding to scaling, and driving profitability and scalability.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
  • Lead assortment expansion initiatives, optimize underperforming SKUs, and iterate packaging, content, and supply chain strategies to maximize brand performance.
  • Contribute to a robust omnichannel presence, driving sales and profitability through cohesive marketing and promotional efforts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and e-commerce, and at least 2+ years in the Toys category.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks specific to the Toys industry.
  • Expertise in marketplace/retail selling, including category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across brand, operations, technology, and analytics teams to achieve business objectives.
