Job Title: Sales Process Operations Manager

This role plays a key part in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. They will be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and the sales team for operational requirements.
  • Fulfill renewals and new acquisitions by ensuring timely order processing in the CRM.
  • Manage subscriptions for The Times of India (TOI) and Maharashtra Times (MT).
  • Handle complaints and resolution.
  • Oversight procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Monitor backend team productivity and manage salary processing and invoicing.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.
  • Support other operational functions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • 6+ years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is a must.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless sales operations and effective coordination among teams.
  • Managing subscription services and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints efficiently.
