Job Title: Assistant Manager - Cluster Finance Business Partner

Our finance team is part of a large organisation, responsible for driving exceptional performance and creating future growth through digital capabilities and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive Franchise business and liaison with franchise partners for timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Support in validating partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist DBSI with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents.
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.
  • External and Internal Audit Liaison.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
