Job Title

A Senior Business Consultant with strong leadership skills is required to manage and execute projects across various service lines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead consultant for strategic planning, operations, and client delivery.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients on GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA compliance, and international trade consulting.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality management systems are in place.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members and set performance standards to ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
