Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Incentive Compensation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Solution Consultant – Incentive Compensation, your primary responsibilities will be:

  1. To work closely with clients to understand their incentive compensation goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the client's specific needs.
  3. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
