Compensation and Benefits Expert

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's overall philosophy. This includes creating salary structures, communicating compensation programs, and monitoring the program for balance between compliance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the organization's compensation structure and maintain a balance between competing interests.
  • Develop technology roadmaps for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and Total Rewards CoE.
  • Perform data analysis and consult with stakeholders to ensure effective market intelligence and rewards strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities.
  • Consult with and educate leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures.
  • Support HR professionals within the CoE and development of a truly global HR organization.
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure fairness in pay differences.
  • Prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors.

Required Skills:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR.
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel skill.
