We seek a seasoned professional to drive business expansion in our US IT staffing division. As a senior-level business growth manager, you will leverage your expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand our client base.
  • Drive lead generation and direct sales efforts to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Key Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in US IT staffing & recruitment with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and consultant placement best practices.
