About the Role

Job Description:

The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement strategies that drive business expansion, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver high-quality outputs that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand client base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend tracking to inform business development decisions
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client bases
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
