As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships.

This role is critical in growing our national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

You will manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology sector. Your main objective will be to understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

You must be self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. You should also have proficiency with CRM / ATS platforms and Sales Navigator.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to clients.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

The position offers competitive compensation including base salary plus commission structure.

We require strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (A/I), Network Technologies and roles that support these disciplines.
