Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, including sales, operations, collections, legal, etc. to resolve customer complaints accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints submitted by stakeholders and functions
  • Procure the required system and people access to resolve customer complaints in a time-bound manner
  • Review and send final responses to team leads for review
  • Set up and drive a framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution TAT through governance and monitoring
  • End-to-end monitoring, tracking, and resolution of customer grievances at all levels
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to team leads and stakeholders
  • Connect with internal teams on a regular basis to take feedback and improve processes to avoid customer complaints
