Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, including sales, operations, collections, legal, etc. to resolve customer complaints accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints submitted by stakeholders and functions
- Procure the required system and people access to resolve customer complaints in a time-bound manner
- Review and send final responses to team leads for review
- Set up and drive a framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution TAT through governance and monitoring
- End-to-end monitoring, tracking, and resolution of customer grievances at all levels
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to team leads and stakeholders
- Connect with internal teams on a regular basis to take feedback and improve processes to avoid customer complaints
