Job Title: Technical Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the market share in the SME segment, achieving growth targets, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to grow unique acquisitions on Fixed Line, IoT, and Cloud penetration.
  • Develop and execute channel engagement and development strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Responsible for Fixed Line growth in the SME business for the allocated territory.
  • Increase unique acquisition count through acquisition in new accounts and deeper penetration in existing accounts.
  • Account planning and drive sales of Fixed Line, Fixed Voice, and data products through channel partner teams.
  • Set goals and targets for acquisition and retention and monitor team performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position managing channel sales teams and technical sales.
  • Technical/professional qualifications, including channel sales experience in related domains/industries and technical sales capability.
  • Strong hold on products like Toll Free, Lease Lines, and cloud portfolio: Gsuite, O365.
