Job Title: Area Manager

As an Area Manager at Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through various channels, including dealers and retailers, within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to increase brand value and generate a loyal network of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales turnover and customer experience goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and retailers.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue generation opportunities.
  • Expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network in your assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Manage receivables and collect outstanding amounts.
  • Scout for opportunities to reach end consumers through various sources and increase business in a cost-effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with competition offerings and continuously improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Any degree in full-time with PG graduation.
  • Minimum 7-11 years of experience, preferably in channel sales, building material industry, or appliance industry.
  • Experience in secondary sales is a plus.
