Key Responsibilities:

Parent Partnership (60%):

  • Guide parents through their child's entrepreneurial journey
  • Address concerns about balancing business with academics
  • Manage 150+ premium family relationships with personalized attention

Program Excellence (40%):

  • Coordinate Teen Entrepreneur Club with global mentors from top universities
  • Ensure 95% retention through systematic engagement
  • Oversee student businesses generating real revenue
  • Create 'proud parent' moments weekly

What We Need:

  • Has 8+ years in education WITH heavy parent interaction
  • Comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school (admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred)
  • Can handle premium parents with grace and build deep trust
  • Understands that holistic development needs systematic approach
  • Believes teenagers can build businesses while excelling academically
