Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, drive business expansion, and foster key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the team to set goals and guide subordinates in achieving them.
  • Business Growth: Ensure annual target achievement for all new product launches, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing monthly sales data.
  • Strategy Implementation: Execute company directives on strategy and system implementations.
  • Talent Management: Recruit new talent, induct employees according to company policy, and manage vacant territories.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and key business leaders.
  • Training & Development: Develop team members' product knowledge, detailing, and in-clinic effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit tour programs, providing regular analysis of sales and customer coverage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills, problem-solving, analytical, and influencing abilities.
  • Experience: Proven experience in team management within a field-based role.
  • Attributes: Scientific background and ability to work independently while being highly organized.
