
Executive Office Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to oversee the overall performance of our commercial real estate branch office.
This strategic and execution-driven role requires an individual who can effectively manage revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across various support functions.
- Business Leadership & P&L Ownership: Take ownership of branch operations, driving revenue growth and financial performance.
- Sales Team Management: Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Marketing & Enquiry Generation: Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Property Inventory & Operations: Oversee the management of property inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- HR & Administration Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to HR and administration teams, ensuring effective support functions.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions.
- Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is preferable, but other industries such as co-working/managed office operators, corporate facility management services, business centers/commercial interior solutions, and city operations heads from high-involvement services can be considered.
