About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

  • Book transport and accommodation for employees">
  • Plan and execute company events and conferences">
  • Purchase stationery and IT equipment as required">
  • Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries from clients and colleagues">
  • Prepare letters, presentations, and reports as needed">
  • Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff">
  • Process invoices and manage office budgets">
  • Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems">
  • Coordinate induction programmes for new employees">
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up-to-date">
  • Attend meetings with senior management">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in sales or administration, preferably in a team management capacity
