**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish strong customer relationships at Blockcube.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share through effective sales techniques and CRM software utilization.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and improve performance.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

- Track team performance, ensure targets are met, and provide feedback for improvement to optimize sales results.

- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Sales Manager in B2B sales and account management is required.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM software, and data analysis is essential.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
