  • Use computer software to streamline kitchen operations, including managing checklists, placing orders, and submitting reports.
  • Ensure proper grooming and hygiene of staff members, upholding high standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintain records of emergency situations and arrange deliveries as needed.
  • Submit timely and accurate daily reports to support business intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with culinary education being beneficial but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a kitchen or food service environment is necessary, along with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, inventory management, packaging, dispatching, and training.
  • Advanced understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills are required for planning and managing mise-en-place activities effectively.
