The role of a Sales Executive is to drive revenue growth through outbound calls, introducing clients to our leadership programs and conducting consultative conversations to understand their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to introduce clients to our leadership programs and conduct consultative conversations to understand client aspirations.
  • Explain program features and benefits clearly and persuasively while handling objections and queries with confidence and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using Excel/CRM tools and consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Up to 1 year of experience/knowledge in consultative telesales (B2C preferred).
  • Strong communication and listening skills, a proactive, target-driven attitude, and ability to empathize and connect with clients needs.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and CRM tools, and a Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred (not mandatory).
