Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical operations, including documentation, design, code, security, and retention of team members
  • Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Linux servers
  • Supervise DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work
  • Determine requirements and develop work schedules for the team
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead)
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
