At the forefront of AI innovation, we are seeking a pioneering leader to spearhead our AI-driven initiatives. As Associate Director, you will conceptualize, execute and scale cutting-edge AI solutions for clients in the financial services ecosystem.

  • Develop and implement strategic AI plans across banking, payments, digital lending, and credit lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with clients to create scalable AI solutions that yield measurable returns on investment.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Pursue innovation through emerging technologies and AI algorithms.
  • Own end-to-end AI program delivery from ideation to full-scale production deployment.
  • Drive collaborative innovation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance to a high-performing team of data science consultants and AI engineers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in AI, ML, or analytics with demonstrated impact in financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in credit, payments, banking, or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of the AI project lifecycle.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and programming tools like Python, Spark, and SQL.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to interface with senior client stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI frameworks, as well as experience setting up or contributing to AI-based innovations.
