Key Responsibilities:\

  • Strategic Support & Execution\
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across multiple projects.\
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.\

    • Project & Operations Management\
    • Run day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.\
    • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues.\
    • Coordinate between Swedish stakeholders and Indian teams.\

      • Business & Growth Support\
      • Support client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.\
      • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.\

        • Team & Culture\
        • Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication.\
        • Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.\

          Requirements\
          • \
          • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.\
          • Strong project management and organizational skills.\
          • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.\
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
          • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.\
          • Tech/healthcare background is a plus but not mandatory.\
          • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.\
