Executive Assistant Role

The primary goal of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure cohesive implementation of the executive's strategic goals.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach: Keep the executive's bio updated, respond to requests for materials, and edit first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.
  • Board Support & Liaison: Serve as the executive's administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, assist board members with travel and logistics arrangements, and maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with board members.

The Executive Assistant will also participate in senior management team meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate cross-divisional coordination of Strategic Project Management and Initiatives. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and drafting high-quality correspondence.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving, showcasing strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
