Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for WIDMA Products in the Chennai region.
- Manage monthly sales plans and business development initiatives for WIDMA products.
- Lead sales growth strategy development and execution for the assigned region.
- Coordinate with product managers to ensure timely quotation submissions.
- Facilitate technical and commercial discussions with customers to finalize orders.
- Promote customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Prod. Engg) or equivalent degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in capital machinery sales to industrial segments, preferably in the machine tool field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and tackle issues independently.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
