Manufacturing Lead

The Manufacturing Lead plays a crucial role in the success of our operations.

This key position is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely production of panels while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Team Supervision:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
    • Monitor technicians' performance and provide coaching and guidance as necessary.
    • Schedule work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee the production process to ensure production targets are met.
    • Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain high standards of product quality.
    • Coordinate with Quality Control team for regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing.
    • Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary in coordination with the Quality Control team.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety policies.
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Process Enhancement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
    • Work with management to develop and implement production strategies.
    • Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance.
  • Resource Optimization:
    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
    • Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
