  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain equipment, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain positive working relationships
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage inspections

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with a degree in Food Technology
