Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Sales Manager for Industrial Coatings to join our team at Wings Global Services. This full-time position is based in Thane, Mumbai, and Kalyan. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing client relationships in the coatings industry, and contributing to strategic initiatives within dynamic infrastructure sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of our products and markets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in the coatings industry, providing insights and innovations to drive market growth. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated ability in sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships to ensure sustained partnerships and business continuity.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for effective communication and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure sectors, with the ability to cater solutions that meet industry-specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of epoxy product lines and their applications in various industrial scenarios for effective client consultation.
  • Experience with industrial coatings, understanding their applications and benefits for diverse industrial needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent our services and secure strategic partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
