Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the improvement initiatives in our powder coating business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring product quality.

  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to align with regional, global, and commercial requirements.
  • Review and develop inspection plans for incoming, process, and finish goods.
  • Provide training and support to build process capability and minimize deviations.

Customer Complaints Handling:

  • Visit customer sites to understand problems and suggest corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with R&D for formulation changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering or Master of Science in Chemistry from a reputable institution.
  • 10-12 years of experience in handling manufacturing set-ups, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
