Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize airline operations with a strong emphasis on GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between commercial, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day airline operations including reservations, ticketing, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the use and integration of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) across departments.
  • Manage headcounts over 150+
  • Monitor KPIs related to flight operations, customer service, and booking efficiency.
  • Lead and train teams on GDS functionalities, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Handle escalations related to booking errors, system outages, or customer complaints.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Exp in staffing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan).
  • Strong understanding of airline reservation systems, fare construction, and ticketing processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams.
