Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, define project scope, and create actionable plans
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Coordinate with development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure compliance, security, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is highly valued
  • 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry
  • Strong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS, DCS, revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO
  • Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in an airline context
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Tier-1 airline clients or global aviation service providers
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Exposure to IATA standards and airline regulatory frameworks
