Project Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director to oversee architecture design and build projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve project management processes.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
