Production Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands.
  • Manage and control production costs, inventory levels, and material requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage production schedules, budgets, and reports.

  • Implement training programs for new employees.
  • Manage stock counts and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
