Job Title: Clinic Manager">

The Clinic Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Sales:
    • Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability targets.
    • Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling plans to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
    • Maintain accurate tracking of daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure target achievement.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
    • Oversee the smooth functioning of all clinic services, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in slimming, beauty, dermatology, and wellness departments.
    • Ensure effective inventory management, billing processes, and cash handling practices.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Customer Experience & Retention:
    • Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve client escalations efficiently and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention rates.
    • Design and implement loyalty and referral programs to promote repeat business.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership and stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
    • Establish strategic partnerships with local communities, corporates, gyms, and wellness centers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop city-specific promotional campaigns.
