Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily IPD sessions and maintain the highest standards of clinical care.
  • Keep residents engaged through activities and maintain a patient-first approach.
  • Conduct OPD sessions at this organization and execute clinical programs as directed by Clinical Center Head and Executive Director-Psychiatry Services.
  • Assist in PR activities through workshops and CMEs.

Requirements:

  • A Master's (M.Phil) / Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology / equivalent and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong domain knowledge in healthcare and leadership capability.
  • Strategic thinking, advanced clinical expertise, and the ability to influence patient care strategies.
